just notice this parenting thread n bf.
my wife delivered our 1st daughter in may and both of us are determined to bf her as long as my wife can cope. did gave her formula for the first 4days as wife not yet have milk. from then, she managed to pump enough and sometimes more to build stock.

my wife pantang at our own house to avoid mil dramas for both of us. was living like a zombie but it was great that it was peaceful at home. avoid drama at all cost

budak hijau, your wife needs to eat and drinks enough to get more milk. i knew my wife will have low production when she is not eating enough.
other that than she took gnc fenugreek and drinks oat or cereal drink in between meals or feel a bit hungry.

so far my princess not confuse yet. still ok with direct bf once at night. last time she dunno how to direct bf, but after using avent bottle-ok already.

i used pacifier for her when i'm driving her to babysitter place or fussing to sleep. i'd say its ok to use but u must control it n not being too dependent on it

just to add. not just CL, my mil n her mother also kept on saying on how we should add formula to thicken the bmilk. but we just ignore them on that part

i'd say medela freestyle is the best pump for working moms (as commented by my wife and her bf frens at office), get it if you can afford it . those maclaren stroller can wait hehe j/k

for on-the-go storage, we used coleman 6pack container with 6pack ice pack. usually last 8hr in aircondition office if do not have fridge or 6hr room temp.
