Recently I move breastmilk from two door fridge to freezer. How long can I keep the milk? Thank you in advance.

Me. My electricity bill double. 🤭 I add two fridge. One for storing breastmilk and another small fridge in the bedroom.

Baby main food will be the solid food after 1yo. Try to mix variety of food for your baby so that she/he can get different nutrients other than iron smile.gif  Iron rich vege such as spinach, kale
