is it normal that our breast will still feel
pain and hard even after the day 7? I already finish pumping all the yellow milk n my milk is white now. but I still feel hard n pain like 1 hour after I pump the milk? is it normal? how often shud we pump so it won't hard?

thanks for the reply:-) I feel better today if I pump more often.. bb refused to direct bf:-( coz confused d coz at first i giv her formula coz no milk supply yet n I'm still v tired n blur after c section..

I called up the hospital n they advise me to bf direct at nite or pump out coz more milk supply..
