My baby 3 month old is having problem with his bowel movement. Is it normal for BF baby to have no bowel movement for more than 10 days? My doctor said its normal for BF baby for having less bowel movement but not more than 2 weeks. I am worried cause he looks like loss appetite and having colic at night. He looks like uncomfortable all the time. Please advise.
