I remembered the ikan haruan essence I didn't quite like it..so my mom cooked the fish.

My nurses were good...they brought Xander to me everytime...even in the middle of the night when i was sleeping. So i had no problem. I remembered my doc came to check on me..and i was breastfeeding Xander..he commented that Xander was smart to latch on as most newborns take some time to learn. He also mentioned not to give any other nipple or pacifier as he may then reject my breast (which thankfully didn't happen to me *phew*).

hubby wanted to buy the fish for cooking, but we opted for the essence cos it was quite bad for me then, i dont know coincidence or what, but my stitches healed almost immediately. I even recommended to my friends, some swear by it too

i am gonna have to kautim with the nurses the same way oso... last time hubby got them whole lot of chocolates after the delivery... they better cooperate!

qarezma, gambateh o~! u'll need every ounces of energy n support my baby was put into the hospital baby cot n sent next to my bed... so i was lazy to put him in n out, i just slept thru the nite wif him by my side... just bf when he cries lo i dunno abt private hospital... but that time i had to wear hsi clothes until i checked out

I used t-shirt the next day..when i had to get up and walk (which was damn painful!!).

i just remember that hb forgot to leave wif a pair of slipper n i had to tip toe n barefoot to the check up n toilet so cold...

just wear button blouse... or those zip up sweater... thats the best.

re ikan haruan, my CL dont let me eat so soon. she said the outside wound would heal but not inside. so best if taken after 3 weeks. but my wound closw up nicely on my 4th day. no bleeding...

u doing confinement at confiement centre? chinese confinement centre? good!

remember to insist u wanna bf your baby.. i have friends who said they insisted but hospital gave fm as well.. and they have breastfeeding time.. like dunno afternoon only.. lol.. so weird.. mothers have to walk to nursery to bf their baby.

u r having c sec? i had c sec with an epidural on for 3 days... so there is not much pain and best thing is, i still can walk around the ward looking at other babies.. hehe..

with my mom ok oso but now itself she is warning me to keep warm with thick socks (she got me those fashionable football socks to wear at home) and told me to keep the air con minimum

no c-sec for me... i want natural, and god forbid any situation that changes that

Thanks!! Yes...now I'm bf beyond 2...see how far I go...the only thing I dread is ppl (especially my family) asking me when I'm stopping and saying I shd now stop coz xander is too big to bf. Now...this is the new challenge for me.
