i've a cousin staying in Mentari Court at Block C. it is kinda run down as the management isn't that good. the place is not well maintain as the lift smells and corridors are littered and cars simply double park. A lot of the residents there are students from China, indonesia, middle east and africans. there are a lot of factory workers staying there too from Indonesia, Nepal and some bangladeshis. the swimming pool is not well maintain too and it is dirty.when mentari court was first launched, u can get a unit at RM80K. frankly, if you want to buy there for investment you can negotiate it between RM100K - RM120K. If someone is selling at RM170K, he is just pushing his luck. for RM170K it is too expensive and i would rather top up a little and buy Sunway Court which is about a stone throw away. the place is more well maintain even though the apartment is older than mentari court.
