QUOTE(jasontoh @ Oct 28 2010, 02:07 PM) The real reason is because power of compounding gain. A fundamental sound stocks, once given bonus issue will still continue to move up. A lot of examples but I will not listed here. Definitely not for KFC frying purposes and contra players are not encourage to do this will backfired badly to the contra players. Sure boh ?I see EPS diluted most of time after bonus issue. |

QUOTE(SuperToi @ Oct 29 2010, 03:27 AM) Now it is the time to do some " trading buy" bcos many investors would lock in the profit just before the GE.Unless you are certain that BN could win by 2/3 majority. Plantation stocks could be a good " trading buy" since many are expected to produce good results in coming Qs. The export prices are always quoted in RM ( correct me if I am wrong ) , i.e lesser impact on currency if their managements do the currency hedging (payments/billed in US $ converted from rm ) , meaning you get back the same amount in RM, if you do not like the up and down of US $ . Happy Trading. This post has been edited by SKY 1809: Oct 29 2010, 08:11 AM |

QUOTE(GregPG01 @ Oct 29 2010, 07:22 AM) lol . Yeah --> Trading Buy: Share price may exceed 15% over the next 3 months, however longer-term outlook remains uncertain. The thing nowaday is, IF you are very certain, stocks shoot to sky high., so you buy with high PE, aka a price to pay for.Plantations could be the ones. QUOTE(yok70 @ Oct 29 2010, 10:45 AM) By the look from its cheap "campus" that are located at some shop-lots and some low-class buildings, ya, really look unprofessional, although not necessarily. I also wish to hear more comments from all. Speculations on high end properties.Added on October 29, 2010, 10:47 amKUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's central bank will clamp down on any speculation that threatens to create a property bubble, the central bank chief said on Thursday, Oct 28. Governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz said the central bank wanted to promote house ownership but it had "wide ranging instruments" to deal with any excesses in the sector. "For first time houseowners and perhaps even the second one, any new rules would not apply. It would only be for those that want to purchase 10 units at time, I believe that happens sometimes," she told reporters on Thursday. "If we consider that there is imminent risk of a property bubble, we will take pre-emptive action. We're not going to wait for the bubble before taking action." Although Asian policymakers are mostly concerned about hot money from developed countries, CIMB notes that Malaysia has the highest household debt in Asia outside of Japan. It said household debt hit 76% of GDP in 2009 and is expected to ease to 74.6% by the end of this year, making domestic consumption sensitive to further interest rates rise. http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/business-ne...if-need-be.html Good news for hua yang? Still many genuine buyers for low cost properties. Maybe limit for 500k properties. Uncles stocks very hot Kuchai and Petaling Tin more uncles are coming back in town This post has been edited by SKY 1809: Oct 29 2010, 11:07 AM |

Any comments on Hua YangI better look look first before entering. Added on October 29, 2010, 2:50 pmAnyone know where can monitor Xinhua 25 online performance? I tried yahoo finance, and can't find anything that run together with the HK exchange since those companies are listed in HK exchange. Only those that run during the night (US, UK exchange etc). QUOTE(yok70 @ Oct 29 2010, 03:16 PM) Hua yang's days until today has been 6 days. Sharks have other interests now. Need more roadshows .However, for a fundamentally healthy and highly undervalue stock, I don't mind to hold and wait for its time to come. So far Dali and Jupiter promotes it, waiting for OSK and CIMB to follow. If they do, time comes i guess. Face book etc. |
