Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“the Manager”), the Manager of AmFIRST REIT, wishes to announce that the Exclusivity Period granted by the Vendor to MTB to complete the due diligence review and to allow the Vendor and MTB to negotiate and conclude the terms and conditions of the definitive documents had expired on 8 November 2010 following the public holiday on 5 November 2010.

In view that the Vendor and MTB have not been able to reach an agreement on the terms and conditions of the definitive documents and pursuant to the Vendor’s decision to abort the proposed disposal, MTB has decided not to proceed with the Proposed Acquisition

This announcement is dated 9 November 2010.

due to kencana... other mostly close flat.
today bought a new toy~

petra and penergy just locates beside the company im working...
i got heard thier staffs say can buy can buy. but they know nthg about stocks 1. only know they recently wanna dipose of 6 oil and gas vessels due to high idle time and very few contracts were secured. so, they will dispose the vessels to have more liquidity and cut the idle time. rumours, management got quarrel with hells and hells' managements seems like reluctant to give projects to them.


Story aforesaid was merely story told from thier staffs. Whats going on actually i have no idea. everyday can see thier engineers smoking outside the bangku there
