i think this thread is like asking, from a religion point of view, "how holy are you". Anyone can say they are holy. then some idiot will come out ridiculing other's behaviour, while some will say others too extreme, then point to terrorism etc which does not reflect the general feeling of the different groups. stupid generalization and stereotyping will come out, and this "good natured, no hard feeling" thread will turn into a flaming thread.

my passion is for me to know and people around me to find out via my action and thoughts, no need for me to come here and say "this and that is more passionate than this and that".
Dude, chill. Sometimes, people just want to share. Yes, it's for you to know, but it doesn't hurt to share right. So, just share.

For me, the way I show my passion towards football is not only by supporting a football club but also by PLAYING football. Many people talk football, watch football matches, and wear football jerseys but how many of us actually play football?

I created a team that consist of people that don't actually play football (some of them hate it) and end up now playing football everyday, watch and analyze football matches together, and also organizing a competitive friendly matches every now and then.

The same group will also play futsal on Monday and Friday night which I organize week in week out. We tested out each method we learn from the football we watch every week. Maybe it didn't look as perfect as the professionals, but hey, at least we tried tongue.gif

We are not the greatest team in our place, but every week, be it in Football or Futsal, we are trying to improve and enjoy our game and that's for me it's the real passion towards football.

Again, it's just from my POV and never meant to show that I'm "holier than anybody". smile.gif

Understood. I just want to share. Actually, I want more people to share and I like their stories so far except for the bashing. So as long as we keep the thread clean, it's ok already.

You can talk about it in MU thread but it's only between MU fans or maybe some rivals that visit your thread. Here, it's more general, so I rather we share it here. Just ignore the person you don't like. icon_rolleyes.gif

I went to all stadium home and away to watch Kelantan in Malaysia Super League this season. I also still support Kelantan even though they play in tertier league in Malaysia, FAM Cup.

As for me, I'm a Kedah fan, and I'm not actually sad that our team loss the other day. Believe me or not, I'm happy to see a good team like Kelantan can progress, and they're actually the one who deserves to win any cups in Malaysia for time being.

It's a matter of perspective in terms of blaming. Most of other fans will always blame Kelantan fans for acting like a bunch of idiots, but that's partly because they have less experience going to the rivals stadium. Every team has at least one fan acting like that, we can't really change it. So just go with the flow dude.

Also, enjoy this moment. People will forgot this version of Kelantan soon. Keep all the youtube clips to show that Kelantan did play beautifully once. For me, most of the Malaysians don't know how to appreciate football and changes that a team brought to the field.

Take Kedah in the era of Double treble, how many appreciated their gameplay? How many of Malaysian analyze and tried it? Rather than doing that, FAM went on to ruin the Malaysian football by shifting off all the foreign players. We're back to square one. vmad.gif

I'm not being biased or obsessed but that Kedah team was the best team that Malaysia ever produced and Azrai Khor tried more than 4 formations during his tenure in Kedah and succeeded. But nobody remembers. Nobody talks about that not even the pundits. No offense but they talk more about Selangor than any other Football clubs. I don't understand why... doh.gif

So like I said before, enjoy this moments, keep all the highlights and support your team all out because like it or not, it will change.
