I got a tattoo and helped start MyRAWK along with the likes of JonC, Jonno, Monstar, Teeque, Zypher, TheAlbertus, etc. We shell out money from our own pockets to host large viewings, print banners and purchase merchandise. We have our own website (http://my-rawk.com/). We have also met with various sponsors to obtain door gifts and prizes for games played during match viewings. We've also printed and sold our own t-shirts, amongst other things. We've stretched ourselves albeit to a small extent to Penang and Malacca but there is only so much you can do with no funding. We hope to find Liverpool fans with similar or more passion and have been fortunate enough to find a healthy number of them, from this forum and elsewhere. See you lads at the next viewing.

I went to all stadium home and away to watch Kelantan in Malaysia Super League this season. I also still support Kelantan even though they play in tertier league in Malaysia, FAM Cup.

I have the utmost admiration for fans of Kelantan. I can say that you lot are the most organised and when you show up at matches, you show up in force.

In my experience, ManU & Liverpool fans usually the ones with a very very very "HARD" head..absolutely no sportsmanship..

Sadly, I believe that every club has it's bad apples. You are right though. I sometimes find myself having arguments with Liverpool fans more than I do with other fans.

I'm glad that I've mostly come across some really classy Liverpool fans. In 2007 we organised a viewing for the Champions League final in Athens and we had about 300 people turn up. Even though we had lost, the fans stayed back to applaud the AC Milan players as they went up to receive their medals, and also to cheer or boys on for a respectable performance. Moments later, this Kancil pulled up next to the entrance and there were about 4 Liverpool fans inside waving scarves and flags. The windows came down and we all sang YNWA and ended the night disappointed, but proud.

In contrast I once attended a large viewing of the FA Cup final where 2 of our rivals were playing. When the game ended, everyone left immediately, and only a handful stayed back to see their teams receive their respective medals. Passion? Hmm I don't think so.

I don't know what your definition of "hard head" is but I don't think it's related to sportsmanship. If a person is passionate about his team, he will obviously be a little biased but it doesn't mean he won't congratulate his rival for a game well played. It's very simple. Most of the time, classy acts are reciprocated, as are non-classy ones.

Sadly we have been labeled as unruly and always causing trouble. Kinda hard to fight of that stigmata when the press always stir that up.
Indeed.  icon_idea.gif  icon_idea.gif

Well passion does sometimes spill over. At the very least, you guys are somewhat organised. I've visited your fansites e.g. kelate.net or the redwarriors site and there is a lot of activity. Planning to organise bus loads of fans can't be easy. I've also spoken to people from KAFA and I must say that Kelantan football is going places, thanks to their vision.

It isn't a competition as some have said so what's wrong with sharing instead of going on the defensive? It could be that you stay up until 5am to watch all European games. It could be that you collect newspapers clippings, something I did when I followed Selangor years ago. It could be that you only buy original merchandise. It could be that you buy books on your club. If you don't do anything, then it simply means you aren't all that passionate but what's wrong with that if it's true?

I do know a few Spurs supporters including ihawk and I can't imagine it must have been easy staying loyal despite winning next to nothing. I'm not taking the piss here. I will therefore assume that most Spurs supporters are the real deal, those that I know anyway.

You may as well shut it down. This thread is going nowhere.
