what is the best date to held a tournament., Tournament should be held on?

any idea for the date of tournament?
will it be suitable held on december?
will the dota players pay attention to the December tournament?
PRIZES
Championship - RM 2000( basic bounty)
1st Runner Up- RM 800(basic bounty)
2nd Runner Up- RM 200(basic bounty)
Date- 18 December 2010 - 19 December 2010 （Not confirm yet)
Location: Gazzo Cyber Cafe, Kulim, Kedah( Near Butterworth, 30min to reach)
Is that the tournament will not be very suit held on this dates (18-19december)?
i would to ask u all. and pls give me some suggestion.

Plan it after SPM. Player can have full attention on their studies for last paper and can full concentration on your event as well, good luck.
