We have a new beta that fixes several bugs from the last build. Most notable, the bug where if you dragged a link onto a note, all links would open inside of the note instead of opening in a new browser window. Apologies for the delay in getting this fix out to you all. If anyone is still able to reproduce this issue, please let us know ASAP.

We've also fixed simplify formatting, search and replace, audio attachments and PDFs being renamed after being dragged out of a note.

In addition, we've changed how the "stay signed in" checkbox from the sign in screen works. If you leave it unchecked, the app will no longer ask you for a password each time you sync. However, by leaving it unchecked, the program won't leave you signed in after you exit the app. This means you can exit the app and you will have to re-enter your password.

We have a Windows 4.5.8 Beta 3 for you It contains account switching, which is a premium feature that allows you to switch between accounts quickly. It lives in both the File >> menu as well as on the toolbar. You'll see a toolbar icon with your account status (Free or Premium). The new item is to add another account. After you do this, you'll be able to switch between accounts without having to re-enter your username and password. There's also a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+A) to switch between your current account and the account you previously signed into.

You can add one free account and as many premium accounts as you'd like. Please try this out and post here if you find any issues.

We have a new 4.6.0 version of Windows that offers exciting new changes! We've removed the Account and Shared tabs on the top of the left panel. All of your notebooks that use to be under the "Shared" tab are now underneath your notebooks. We're now calling these notebooks "Joined Notebooks." Shared was a little vague since you could always share your own notebooks.

In doing so, we've also allowed you to create stacks with these Joined Notebooks. You can take any number of Joined Notebooks and put them into a stack. The stack gets reordered according to the stack name.

If you have Joined Notebooks, you'll can see all of your notes and notes from joined notebooks by selecting Notebooks. We've found that this helps greatly if you are using Shared Notebooks on a regular basis and they don't feel so isolated. If you have Joined Notebooks, "All Notes" gets renamed to "All My Notes" but the functionality is still the same. This will help preserve users with specific workflows that don't involve Joined Notebooks.

We've also done some design tweaking with the left panel, removing some lines and modifying the indenting to conserve horizontal space.

We have a 4.6.0 Beta 2 that has some new installer processes that we need help field testing. Our internal tests haven't run into any issues, but we'd like it to see some time in the field to be sure. We also have some minor fixes, for example we have a fix for tags disappearing (and reappearing when you re-size the left panel).

We have a known issue with the Internet Explorer clipper, it seems to not launch/clip properly. We will try to push out a fix very soon for this.
