I just bought this games few day ago,
so far i just been play single player
and never once go and play multiplayer;
so this morlyn i tried to goes for a multiplayer games
but to my dismay i were unable to join any games,
it kept on pop up
Connection to the games server is lost.
Please check your network connection and try again.
Advise please.

did the game updated after u click the game 'run'?

try running the bc2 updater/launcher

my guess u have not yet update to current version

Chances you need to download the manual patch for the game. If it doesn't work, I recommend you reinstall the game.

i can't find the updater or launcher as per mention by gestapo.

i use steam, i also steam look at you now...

to update, right click at steam [sys tray]>library>Bad Company 2 [right click]>select properties>click Local Files [it's tabbed] and click Verify Integrity bla... bla... bla... bladihell, then it should trying to update any updater...

i bought my COD 4 Modern Warfare 2 retail box,
but to my disappointment i can't choose server it was auto connect,
so i thought maybe wif steam BFBC 2 i can choose server instead.
Thx for help and advise, will try later tommorz,just back from somewhere,
will update the info if the games was successfully update and connect,
thx again for advise and guidance.

i still have lotsa to learn from all the senior here,
imma still a very bad player for multiplay in BFBC 2
still blur and have no sense of direction wher should i head and
hardly could difference my enemy yet.

takes time... to learn, find empty server and study the layout as well as other vehicle you can learn too

play in Friendly-fire OFF server, so you just spray your gun when you see anyone - shoot first see later.

btw, dun go MBT server now, it has FF on and you will be bullied kaw kaw.
