1) Screwed up CS who doesn't DO ANYTHING. No matter how many time you called. This is why you stil received your bill...coz they just sit on their arse and stare into the empty sky....THEY SIMPLY DO NOT DO WORK.
2) Evil marketing strategy to charge unsuspecting customers with a high bill. All their plans are designed for this with no speed throttling or internet barring upon quota limit. DIGI and CELCOM can do. They cannot?
3) f***ing arrogant company as a whole. They think they're taiko in the industry.
