Nick, you are correct as we always sell pioneer, sony, kenwood and jvc at higher price. If you are aware, most ICE shop are selling way higher than what you see in the online store except some chain store that might sell at slightly higher than online store. And i can say most shop that sell local set are even more pricey than me. I believe quazacolt already mention about the parallel import problem and in case you need to know, that means the warranty card that i handle to you before you leave.

Parallel import are not having a local warranty which will cover for almost 99% of defects except human error and local warranty will be able to fix your unit within 2 days and in some case, on the spot if you go to the right service center and not major issues. Those parallel importer are just making the whole economic of malaysia going down for their little more profit. For a business like EA, we do not encourage this situation to happen as we realised this problem will make both party going to a lose-lose situation to deal with warranty problem in the past (we tried to source for it if customer request in the past, but not any more for now).

IF want to compare, compare from the same source and same services, the answer will be clearly shown. We won't easily ask you to top up and upgrade while your product is dead without finding the real culprit and make you as a genuine pig when something happened.

We practically don't offer the best price in town, but we do offer something that you won't have it outside our door.

i believe the hu panel are hitting ur car panel, so u cant eject it and cause vibration for auto restart....u can come and have it check for free......

Added on October 5, 2012, 3:20 pmheadunit already having it's own pnp connector, adding additional blue / red connector are not necessary....

if for new car, oem female connector can be use...for car without warranty it's only consider as additional installation cost as it's not a must to use due to warranty no more.
