Vincci gross income can hit rm1,000,000 per month, doubles or triples during festive season. So what is rm500,000 to them?
They average 2000 customer a day, if every customer spend rm50 that is rm100,000. BTW you need to renovate your shop every year except for anchor tenants. Anyway this are old datas.  |

Oh I got my fact wrong, its renovation every 2 years and if you don't do it they will raise your rent by 30%.
Oh and Vincci got kick out because apparently their products are too cheap and it spoils KLCC image LoL. |

2000 customers does include those that walk in and do not buy anything. My stats are base on average, and no I don't have sauce, sauce can be found if you are working with said company.
I can also tell you that KLCC TOP SHOP sales target per month is RM1mil, and on a good month rm1.5mil is reachable. However let me clarify that my source are from years back, so in short outdated. |
