what we;re missing right now is defensive solidity. AND at times, passing were incoherent and nonsensical. but once we got the 2nd goal, it was all fluid again. i think the whole squad works on confidence, it's like drugs for them.

nasri and ross... i dont really know where to play these 2 if cesc's in the game. if i had to choose i'd say nasri center ross winger, as nasri does say he prefers playing in the center, while cham/bend can benefit from ross's excellent passing/crossing.
but playing ross at center and nass at right has its benefits too. i see nas scoring today, coming from the right wing. and ross at center is just like a wilshere playing as a deep lying playmaker. |

the goals remind me of old Arsenal, seriously. Bendtner's goal was thumping, looked a bit like what ol Pires used to do when he was marauding the left wing for Arsenal. i guess his presence has benefited young Bendtner, his finishing has been improving a LOT, in fact the whole Arsenal look better in terms of finishing these days. Brilliant presence, Bobby.
Walcott's second goal reminds me of an Henry goal, esp with the no. 14 at his back. that electric burning pace, and clinical finishing at the end, bodes well for our next game. Burn more, Walcott! and that Walcott first goal... Bendtner's retribution to Williamson. that attitude reminds me of Vieira. hahaha. |

man i can't wait to rip spurs. let's show vdv the repeat of the world cup final. cesc fabregas is gonna provide the killer assist again man!
tho that demon Gareth Bale would take lots of attention. place walcott on our right and we'll have both flanks moving at Mach 3. one side lennon/clichy and one side walcott/bale. and a center of the park battle between RvdV and cesc. wow i can't wait already but first things first, let's rip west ham apart tomorrow. there's no reason not to. walcott's back, nasri's on form, cesc's back, chamakh and bendtner both vying for the target man spot, man what's not to like? |

QUOTE(chronic_blade @ Oct 30 2010, 12:36 PM) would have been extremely happy if walcott's efforts went in and nasri's as well. But at least i can chill and watch spurs and utd tmr =P cheer folks. An important 3 points indeed. hate to break it to ya, man.. the game is almost over. 15 minutes left.but anyways, just chill Added on October 31, 2010, 2:14 amon a side note, still draw at old trafford. where's Bale when you need him This post has been edited by Thumpy Ick: Oct 31 2010, 02:14 AM |
