Gotta be careful opening the HDMI caps. I can see slight crack on mine but not enough to warrant a replacement.

Bad batch of cover.

That's funny, I can log in to Ovi with the N8.

Alright I'm back. Standing outside, start the GPS with Wi-Fi (but I doubt I used a-gps since I am on pre-paid), I was able to get a lock in about 1 minute (give or take a few seconds).

Why use the N900 menu? Can be confusing to N8 user who never had N900.

I think you actually need to use the N8. There is no SETTING APPLICATION SETTINGS from the MENU.

There is only "Internet, Navigation, Route, Map, and Synchronisation".
