All same to use back garmin installation very simple

Step 1 Copy the entire garmin folder into the Nokia N8
Step 2 Then access your garmin folder and run the garmin installer
Step 3 This step is buy garmin for the product code

All your POI, maps everything will be there.

Just need confirmation. GMXT 5.00.50 or .40 also will do?

TBH if you compare both games on both version, let alone the N8's graphic is more jagged(cant help it, lower pixel density), i notice the accelerometer from N8 also still not as accurate as the one on iphone...if nokia wants to promo gaming, they will for sure have to improve it as well.
spicy chicked McDeluxe also already more then Rm10 at normal price...i don see why Angry Bird is not worth the price when you compare it like this...

OT It's true, most of the best mobile phone games optimised for iPhone. Nokia will have tough luck to bring all developers to ovi store. not because they can't but nokia have so many models for developers to produce. Apple so far has only 4 different models of iPhone and most of the game will have the compatibility with the first 3 gens of iphone.

Honestly iphone accelerator more accurate if u compare.

Added on October 27, 2010, 11:14 amYea N-gage also no more already. Nokia trying to start it back then but because the phone hardware not powerful to support it then it becomes a failure

OT if you use accelerator on iPhone during the games, I think your phone will gone as well biggrin.gif

come on guys, what's with the bickering. you can't ask others to accept your opinion. and everyone is entitled to theirs. that's the beauty of having different individuals & brains.

N8 was never truly the flagship that we know, nokia has meego in their slip. hopefully it's worth the wait. but multimedia wise, N8 its truly remarkable.

ok, just tell me, apart from the camera(that we all known), what other advantage the N8 has?
last i checked, camera and loudspeaker were the only advantage
HDMI, direct usb stick, dual xenon/led flash?

Yea multimedia phone Nokia N8 perform well

Light weight , cheap price , Anodized aluminum body, comes in 5 colours , best camera in smartphone class , support OTG , support HDMI output, Bluetooth 3.0 , Wireless N
I mean if u take iphone compare sure got debate 1 because iphone do not have the above stated hehe.

because you solely aims on the N8 advantage alone. How about iphone advantage over N8 then? BTW iP4 does have n-band

TBH, i don see myself using the HDMI too much...like i said and most earlier active member agreed, it's a good to have but hardly(never) use feature
direct USB stick also...sounds handy, but most the time also we don need it, need to bring extra cable with you ler..
and who told you there's a LED flash on N8? the red flash is autofocus assist module, not LED flash, it has only Xenon, and it's considered as part of the camera
I don't own an N8 btw. browsing this thread to find info of gmxt for my in-laws N8.

It still features that not available on most available smartphone and just because you rarely use it, it's not considered as advantage?

just because you're being banged by others you don't have to change the subject and attacking me. I'm not in the mood to reply to your irrational and self-championing statement. double check my previous statements before shoot the bull everyone else

I bought omnia i900 3 years ago and by that time current standard, it has all the features of a complete phone, hence the name itself "omnia", arabic for everything. Minus infrared, it has divx capability, touchscreen, large 8/16Gb storage, 624Mhz CPU (it's 2007 where only asus 800MHz surpassed this phone), 5MP camera (a big advantage at that time) and so many others.

Yet, the following year, I bought 3Gs, because of the apps and the polished and well-done OS and UI. My point? Comparison between two DIFFERENT things will never get you the winner.
