login ur ovi acc at www.ovi.com and go to Contacts and all ur contacts will be there when it's syn...

Earlier I bought a case for the N8. Big mistake.



The HOME button area is covered, thus preventing me to see the status light when got incoming SMS. Something to watch out for when looking for new case. Also because of the hard plastic, you need to press really hard to get the HOME button working.

Let's just hope there is nicer design from epikcase soon

just bought HDMI cable...works well...btw i found out a bug,sometime the phone turn on the loud speaker automatically...but not oftenly...just happen today since 15th october..

u mean the audio not transfer through HDMI to the TV instead the phone speaker on?

I wonder if any Ranger contact Nokia on their complaints for N8? Any insider news regarding upcoming firmware to fix some of the initial bug and lag?

nono,nothing to do with the HDMI transfer....i mean on phone with somebody...loud speaker turned on.another bug i found out is dictionary,click on the bar and the alphanumeric keyboard didnt pop out..for several times.finally it pop out.i check a single word have to spend a minute.lol.

Guys, I just got mine a few hours ago. Sync the contact from outlook, but cant seems to get Smart Dialling working, only numbers come out, it does not search the phone book like what it says in the manual. Is there somewhere to activate smart dialling or something is wrong with the phone. Thanks.

No smart dialing. It is a missing feature that somehow flew right over Nokia's QA.

working well but found out bug here and there lo.hacking?u should know me very well wat.i hate hacking.hacked ur legend?lol...how is it?2 times faster?and 1 more thing,common for all nokia phone d.680mhz is very much not enough.

got to get use to the capasitive screen i've notice if u listen the phone too far from the screen (or aprrox sensor) the screen will turn back active and ur ear can easily trigger ANYTHING...
