Hey guys, do you all know that Lead and Gold has a feature that other fps games don't have.
Although lack of MY servers, you still can join in-game-self-created servers (white colour servers title). They are no ping-limited.
If you feel lag in a server, you still can play easily. You can see the players lag and stop in a position (this is the condition of lag). You still can shoot those "lagging" players and the damage still inflicted. If you aim and shoot them perfectly, you will see the player you aimed die when moving to next position.
Isn't it fun?
If you cannot understand my description, try it out, and you will know what am I talking about.

Dude, that's basically a non-dedicated MP server... Which is the defacto model for just about EVERY FPS multiplayer game from the moment Doom used it. Although lack of MY servers, you still can join in-game-self-created servers (white colour servers title). They are no ping-limited.

Its no big deal and is pretty much how most console FPS multiplayer games are hosted.
Plus, the "plus" point you listed out is also the reason nobody likes this method since the host gets a fairly huge advantage.
