Gave them my credit details. Also just added the latest e-mail receipt I received from them. Hoping I'll get it enabled before I get home tonight.

Valve better quickly fix their problem, if not next week Xmas sales, they will lose a lot of sales especially when they disable Deimos account. Without Deimos, a lot of lowyat ppl cannot buy steam games.

yah I know, but I still hope that Deimos account ok loh, he help a lot of ppl at here.
A lot of ppl that request buying pack, he use his accout to buy, then later if got more ppl request, he will need to borrow other ppl's account to buy. Plus he really buying a lot of games from steam and steam earn a lot from that too.

just a curious observation...

did those who have their account suspended ever had anyone use their account to buy for their behalf using cc or ppal ?

in my case, i once let deimos use my account to buy bioshock 2 4-packs, and from the email receipt sent to my email it stated clearly the payment method is paypal.
i doubt that same cc/paypal had been use in different accounts then steam thought this is suspicious?
but since steam reactivated my account without telling me why it got disabled before, i cannot simply make conclusion

well its always good to try to figure it out to avoid such problems in the future
