That's normal since it's stated there that Steam will not store the birth date information nor tie it to your account. It's meant for age verification purpose, which is something that was implemented for compliance purpose only to satisfy certain regulations out there.

Is it really region-locked? Hmm... I'm in Singapore now & it's shown as under promotion. All these while, I was under the impression that Malaysia & Singapore are categorized under the same region but apparently, I must have been greatly mistaken. sad.gif
