Rename ur steam folder. Eg Steam2, then install steam again (default o modified but the folder name will be 'Steam')-->copy bac steamapps folder bac into d newly install steam location.
this is wat i do after i format my pc, but never try to uninstall it.

Nope, d cap did not affect my TF 2 gaming, but dl speed certainly got affected doh.gif but not as harsh as some get 10kbps dl speed sweat.gif

the dl eta is inaccurate, it juz let u know roughly when will complete sweat.gif and sometimes d dl speed on d graph cant be trusted, once i get 700kbps on my 1mb line lol doh.gif but in fact its juz dl at 150kbps laugh.gif

Yeap, i set my dl region to SG all the while, now getting full dl speed at 180kbps, but AVP 10gb to go...zzz doh.gif
