[WTA] what program used for recording?

Your system is more than capable of recording. I'm using GT230 and I5 and I can record at 80 FPS fine most of the time. You got to be careful with heat levels I suppose.
I use FRAPS then I use Any Video Converter to convert to mkv. Then I use MKV GUI to split / combine where needed. www.youtube.com/johncrawfordz is my FPVOD channel. My quality is maximum 720 p at the moment. |

That is likely to be a problem with the compatiblility issue.
Try disable desktop composition in the compatibility tab (you know where it is lol) |
