too lazy to read TS's long essay but somehow i feel "Malay sian's" thinking is similar to our relatives in the middle east

100 storey for a cultural village, isn't it a bit overkill ? RM5 bil for a cultural village, too much ? common sense ?
I think they are more concerned about the specs of the building rather than the usage of the building after being built |
