Hello everybody, sifu2, and all the ppl out there, I Would like to ask advice on which Home theater should i get. budget rm 3.5k. thats really stretching for me. I know its not much but i hope u guys/girls can suggest anythin in that range. Will be using the system mostly for movies and games, but mostly movies please do help me out. I live around subang.

The system, that i kinda have an eye for is pioneer htp-tss51(link) i found out from taipan(near my house) got it for rm 2899(pioneer webpage rm3509). i didnt found any shops that sell the full sets that they have on their page, from the few numbers i called kL, subang n puchong. Is the system good? the price?? the speakers looks like infinity speakers rclxub.gif

but i like VSX-820-K , with the package above its with vsx-520. 820 has the mcacc tuning and iphone usb option sweat.gif im a noob so i dont know shit about which to get and what to look for.pls help. im reading all the post here. but its to much to digest and a LOT to learn! i need the system asap rclxm9.gif

no boss! didnt have any chance! im still lookin where can i find the systems where i can try and listen to em. Where they have most of the pioneer systems?? any idea?? tongue.gif

any sugestion?? lol the topic title, tried to made as catchy as possible rather than advice 2-3k system, haha

i tried KEF, but too expensive for me..around 6k, and i dont have any theater room or anythin, just my hall icon_rolleyes.gif

I having been using the 819 model for 1 year now. It is a good system for entry level. 820 should be better. I will recommend to go for this if is in your budget.

fit to budget by all means, but try and get a listen to as many systems as you can.

with 3.5k budget best get onkyo tx-sr508 amp and for the speakers get a set of Polk Audio RM6750 HT 5.1
