Hi All,

Lately I am posting things to several website and i got email sent to me saying that they will buy whatever my asking price is as posted in the thread. All I need to do is to send the product to somewhere in Africa. They are asking for my bank account to bank in.

Logically thinking. If they bank in, I will just send the item right? So how do they con then? Everytime I asked my friends, they said is a con job but when I ask how they con...no one can answer.

Anyone here can help me out here? Maybe you know already so you will think my question is noob. But please teach and enlighten me here! Thanks! smile.gif

Here is some guidelines...

1) When only they bank in then only you deliver the product to them.

2) Most of this con people will trying to make "small" purchase with you in order to gain your trust.

3) After a while where you "trusted" them, they will try to order a big portion without paying you first.

4) The end they disappear... and you lost your stock without being paid...

Just follow the simple rules, dont ever trust them. Money comes then only stock deliver... You wont get wrong any how...

1) Let them bank in the money to you
2) Check either got the money that were bank in by them or not
3) Once you got the money in your hands, proceed with the delivery

But, why did they wanna buy your item here? Their place don't have the item ka? Think logically. Even here also cannot catch a conman that have a many con case. Outside? Just think yawn.gif yawn.gif

the thing is they ask for my account number and they say it is ok if i saw the money in my bank account only post the item. They willing to wait. So where is the scam comes from??? I REALLY do not understand.

Maybe you say is right that the item they can get it at their country but if they willing to pay...i REALLY do not see why not?

dont forget about 3rd party cheat trick.. they can cheat others to bank-in money to ur acc.

its like this :-

A = you
B = scammer
C = 3party (innocent buyer)

B would ask C to bank-in money to A acc saying that B sell some stuff. so C bank-in to A account and then A post the item to B. C will lose his money, and A will be blamed..while B can make profit from the items A send to him.

I heard that they have many tricks. They might sent u a fake link of to prove that they had made the payment but its a hacking system, when u click those link.. they will get your password and username.

but since we are clever enough not to click the links, they have other trick.

Such as they will blame u for not sending the goods to them or they have not received their items after they paid. They will say they gonna sue u and make u scared so u will send the stuff to them.

there are many more tricks on which u might not think of. So don't risk yourself.

but if u insist to, u can try.. and after that let us know what happen ^^
