I'm a Johorean. I will stay at home during semester break (December).
You may contact Top-Gun. He has all keyboard mentioned above except Filco Majestouch Cherry MX Blue and Das Ultimate.
My HHKB Pro 2 was sold to him 3 months ago. I bought it at $299 USD ($254 kb + $45 shipping fee). FYI, the current price of HHKB Pro 2 is $275 USD (not include shipping fee yet)

Moogle, apparently you do not put all those weird smiley faces after each sentences here while posting in the Lowyat forums. I gotta say this makes everything much more readable, say as compared to having to guess your intonation and expression while writing the sentences on GH.
Yes, I have tried most of the major mechanical keyswitch that are currently available except the Cherry Blue clicky (extensively). Within the short period of testing it, I got to say that my favourite keyswitch is still the Topre keyswitch. Smooth tactile bump and deeply satisfying tactile feedback - as loud as you want or as soft as needed.
In ranking for number 1:
For finger-training sessions, nothing beats the old IBM buckling switches.
For finger-pampering and ear-soothing sessions, the Topre comes forward.
Other than that, I have the brown cherry for most of the other usage.
