Hi bros, I've been in the mist of finding a NICE cooler for days, please advise.

I'm pondering between Corsair H50 and CM V6GT. Budget RM250-350 is a go for me.

I'm using AMD Phenom II X4 955BE & 890GPA-UD3H in a CM USP-100 casing.

Thanks in advance notworthy.gif

I would prefer V6GT but if your max budget is RM350, then TR VX or Prolima Tech Megahalems/Super Mega should suit ur budget, biggrin.gif

Thx so much for your advice dulux78!

Now my choices have gone to: V6GT, VX, Megahalems, FRIO, H50.

Since the height of all these are 155-165mm, still suit my casing.

Actually the only thing that makes me consider H50 is its weight, size and less dust cleaning work. Performance wise, is still the air coolers leading.

Any price reference selling in Malaysia?

Pls correct me if i'm wrong..

I think the performance of H50 is just a bit better compare to the air cooler such as TR VX or Megahalems, the is around RM350 if i'm not mistaken.

IMHO, if u use ur proc. just for casual use, not for oc & heavy gaming, budget cooler such as CM Hyper TX3@CM Hyper 212+ is good enough to chill ur proc. laugh.gif

I tried 4.0 but intel is throttling me already... >_<
but it reduces the temps below stock a great deal. Good enough for me already. BTW I am using only one fan

The 212+ with 2 fans in push pull config will be fine if you're not looking at crazy overclocking.
