Maybe completed pending CF?

I passby once a week and notice it had been completed since months ago. Unsure internally and road landscape is build a not.

But RM 2.38mil isnt cheap for this area.

Actually, when is this USJ One Park is suppose to VP?

This year right? Bcz I think they had been start selling since 2010, if I am not mistaken.

And I signed my SNP on Q4 2010
If count36 months for development
which means this year Q4 they need to deliver keys...

As far as I follow this project's development,
I think it's quite smooth & healthy smile.gif

And not to forget those Semi-D and Bungalow below all finished build up ady, now only left Condo.

Was the developer promises it verbally or as per brochure or write in?

Verbal is only be able to be taken lightly as it was quite some time ago and the SAs maybe or might be left the company.

Anyway, whats the maintenance fee for the landed boss?

" Recreation Park " is very subjective in my opinion ... unless they put up a park plan and insert into the S&P and as well as in the brochure.

You mean landed only RM 300-350 per month?

Is that 3 storey ( white & grey ) and just completed?

If thats what u mean, it was part of the USJ One Park, its 3 storey superlink and 3 storey semi d.

Notice this project overall looks really good and nice. Condo blended with good facade and colour and with some superlinks and semi d, it seems look pretty.

Occupancy seems low.

Was heard car park got flood, any owner can confirm?
