this project launched 2010 and until now the construction of the condo is only upto car park level??? when was the s&p signed?

if this is true, luckily not vested into this few years back, if not really loosing time/money...

"Price - 1242 sf (RM369000 onwards), 892 sf (RM297000 onwards), price increase per floor (RM1000)"

With the launching price like above before discount, I doubt buyers will be losing money upon VP. Who's the developer again?

I was the 1st batch buyer for this project on 2010
And I signed my SNP on Q4 2010
If count36 months for development
which means this year Q4 they need to deliver keys...

As far as I follow this project's development,
I think it's quite smooth & healthy

And not to forget those Semi-D and Bungalow below all finished build up ady, now only left Condo.

since landed buyers of the project unable enjoy the riverside parks and facilities as promised during the launch, the developer shall reduce the monthly maintenace fees for landed buyer, but now the developer don't want to reduce a single cents maintenance fees, i think is not fair for landed buyer.

In the S&P did mention there will be a "Recreation Park" within USJ One Park,
again it can be any "park" and not the river side park as promise earlier, lol

not sure is rm300 or rm350 per month,i not buyer so i not confirm.
