Replacement Itouch Apple Help?

My itouch cant wifi and bluetooth it is greyed out cant touch at all , at settings i reset everything and network and I see the numbers of wifi it says 0.0.0
I bought the itouch at singapore digital mall I think ...forgot the name of the mall . I am at miri sarawak now can I go to the apple store and ask my itouch replacement because it's wifi n blue tooth isn't working. |
