But bro, it's stated that we need to have 2e recovery before able to flash to JPO using Doc's method.

And THE ONLY link/guide there to get 2e recovery is by using RFroot kernel. But it's only available for JPM, JPO, JPA,JPH etc.
but i'm still in JG4.
so how? sorry, I'm quite new to this still.

2e Recovery is Recovery mode on Eclair. Press Volume up+Home+Power button.

Guys, need help.

I've reset my phone to factory setting (default ROM) and now my phone wont connect me to 3G/EDGE. I've already set the APN, enabled it, but the phone still wont connect to 3G/EDGE.

I had even try to put on fligt mode on, then turn it off, still wont connect. Grr...

I believe it's the APN problem. But if you've keyed in the correct settings, I leave to other members to throw their ideas

Haha yeah, after flash, boot into recovery, choose the lagFix you want.

There's 8 types

OCLF: /data stays at rfs, but has an ext2 loop device on top of it
Voodoo: /data is ext4, all others are kept at rfs
JFS Voodoo: /data is jfs, all others are still rfs
No-RFS Standard: /data is rfs+ext2, all other partitions are ext4
No-RFS Advanced: all partitions are ext4
No-RFS Advanced JFS: all partitions are jfs
No-RFS Overkill: turns on all options: everything is ext4+ext2 and /data/data is bound to /dbdata
No-RFS Overkill JFS: turns on all options: everything is jfs+ext2 and /data/data is bound to /dbdata

I think this is very fast and super stable. "No-RFS Advanced: all partitions are ext4"

I just back from a phone conversation with Digi.

Apparently the APN on the front page is not meant for Digi Broadband. The correct APN for Digi Broadband is 3gdgnet instead of diginet. I believe diginet is for their regular sim, while 3gdgnet is for their broadband sim.

Hopefully this can be updated on the front page. smile.gif

Edit: BTW, I know Maxis uses same APN for both mobile and broadband sim, based on my trial and error last month.
