Disable Auto-Spacing for the Next Word in Swype
QUOTE in Swype, swiping from Space to Backspace turns off auto spacing for next word. So, if you typed "was" and realized you wanted wanted to have "wasn't" you can turn off space and add "n't" instead of having to erase and redo the whole thing. |

QUOTE(VinceLee @ Oct 23 2010, 09:44 AM) or you can always double click on the word, it will highlight that particular word and change it, i think you can find this info in the swype tutorial, still trying to get used to swype but i love it cos its fast and smooth |

QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Oct 23 2010, 08:54 AM) so wat is the best calender or to-do widget? like previously i used on my nokia n97..there is a calendar widget where i write any to-do note or event and it will show in the homescreen You can try placing the Daily Briefing widget onto your homescreen. It kinda sucks, I know, but if you tap on it, it will bring you to the app with listing of today's schedules. Works almost similarly to what you wanted. |

I learned a new way to avoid lag. Lag fix will become slow gradually. Lag fix is not a necessity to speed up the phone. If you feel lag just move RFS to EXT2 by lag fix. Then when lag fixed phone lags, just undo lagfix to move EXT2 to RFS. The lag will be gone. Repeat this cycle until we get frozen froyo.
My observation so far. |

the phone is fast...coming from stock jg4 + voodoo4... come with some usseful tools like sgs info, sgs toolbox etc.. gps not yet tested due to cloudy morning in my area... visual is superb except for battery icons..kinda lame to me...hehehe battery is sucker!!uplugged from about 7am...doing some setting, calling for about 30minutes..wi-fi always on, on 2g, dark wallpaper.. now still left with 88% of juices..will experiment with this rom this week and see what future lies ahead..hehehe |
