i really like this condo. but it was kinda far.. and that termite story scares me off . i've seen the termite (ant road) at block B ground unit (abandoned unit at the corner). i'm cannot guarantee it is 100% termite but i do see the "road" of ants... can it be fixed actually?

just now agent sms me, asking me still interested or not.
last time i bring my family there, my mom dont like it for having a dark alley at the entrance of the house. she say it's gloomy.. well, i cant deny it although at 1st i like it for being kinda romantic..

is there any easy access public transport? will there be any mrt? lrt?
