Had a quick look at Zizz, generally all looks fine (even the piping running on the ceiling) except the super-narrow corridor and smaller sizes of the unit - I'm kinda claustrophobic    haha ... also, have quite a few family members staying together so more rooms would be ideal ... currently One Damansara looks more like a suitable option for me ...

Thanks for the tip - would consider to look at Sri Damansara too ... any recommendation? Preferably 4 rooms, above 1200sqft if possible, budget about 600k
