Recently I found out about Armanee Condominium in some property websites.
Viewed a few units on high floors in Block B and C. Personally, I like the breezy environments, the location and also the duplex concept. So, I am quite determined to get one unit in Block B for my own stay with wife.
But before deciding, have some doubts and inquiries. Kindly maybe you guys could help me out - a few questions I would like to ask about Armanee Condominium, for those who stays at Block B probably can kindly help out me
1. How is the security in the condominium? I saw some comments that management is getting better, but also some comments that there were break-ins.
2. What is the market price now for an unfurnished intermediate unit?
3. How come the rate of occupied units in Block B is pretty low? From the swimming pool area, I looked up and saw only about 30-40% are currently occupied, mostly empty on higher floors.
4. I saw some said that termites in Block B, how true is that? Because termites issue cannot really be resolved.
