yeah. i live there. traffic in the morning is quite bad, unless you leave home around 6.30am. But its a very2 nice place to live. For the current market price, u can never find other condo in KL/PJ that offers such great ambiance and facilities. And with MRT Line 2 coming in 5 yrs time, the value will definitely appreciate. Good for medium term investment.

I lived nearby an LRT station for the past 15 years. Trust me, people do walk for 1km to go to LRT. QUOTE(AskarPerang @ May 6 2017, 01:36 PM) Sorry to say this but as stated MRT will have least impact on high end condo especially like Armanee. And the distance to the nearest feeder bus stop is more than 1km. If you can afford to stay here, I highly doubt anyone will even walk 1km to the bus stop, wait for bus to MRT station, then take MRT. Is better to lobby for an alternative route access instead. Then yes, this will impact Armanee price market value.

Seems logic to me. I would walk. Or take a bike down to the station. Not that high end la bro. Haha. Upper middle class to me. Rental is around RM2k. If u wanna buy, there are owners selling it as low as RM550k recently. But where else can u get this kinda condo (at MV price of RM300++ psf) with an MRT station within 5km radius? People may argue that traffic is horrendous now. But once MRT is complete, highly likely traffic will cure. QUOTE(AskarPerang @ May 11 2017, 03:55 PM) Yes for those staying at low cost and medium cost property. Rental RM1.2k and property costing 300k. But we are taking about this high end property here. Rental RM2.5k and property costing 650k at least. You think logic ka? Probably for maid or workers working there then yes.
