Yeah finished it Mount Hyjal's quest line when i started off 80, what i'm curious is, do we have to farm repu for all the factions for their enchant/gears, so on, and especially tol barad is pain in the ass to me @_@... just wanna make sure before i start to work on them.
First of, welcome to WoW TW, and you should have asked people here to recruit you to enjoy 300% exp boost when party leveling together.

Now to your question, since you're now in starter edition, you're limited with only little access to the game, and yeap, talking to global channel are limited for your at the moment until you upgraded to full account.

You can just upgrade to full version at lv20, or you can start now if you wanna enjoy some chatting in the global channel, which i find not so noisy as WoW US, you don't have to create another account to re level everything.

Then you might need to register another account for that :S Its only possible to be done if your email is not registered to WoW TW yet.

u will need to accept an invitation through email then re create a new acct in order to eligible and enroll into the recruit a friend programme.

Depends on your level, sometimes it really worth it to relevel under RAF.

But if this is the first time you play wow, better level under normal way to enjoy / learn / suffer the content.

hahah, welcome to wowtaiwan again, good choice to go wowtaiwan, its practically the same game, ppl from US should be encourage to join Tw more. I switched before cata after wotlk, and incase u dunno, Mist of the pandarian expansion gonna cost Rm150, so + cata, total save = RM300 (Assume cata = RM150) The biggest win for wowtaiwan perhaps is the latency. Not including the flexibility to play using game time, instead of monthly subscription.

These days i seldom online, like many, waiting for next expansion. So, i cant actually RAF u, so wish you all the best with leveling.
