Im not really sure either. Will try to merge when server up with my US battle.net. Technically it should work. I see no reason they need me to create another taiwan battle.net

If u dun have battle.net account yet. By all means. go register one.

Yes. Its official from blizz. I'm qute suprise u not aware of this after playing quite awhile. Afterall, lyn won't let this thread survive if its private server.

Wowtaiwan is the real thing support by blizzard.

Quick update by bubu

As at 7.20am,

can't log into wowtaiwan, require battle.net to log in

Taiwan Battle.net down,

Log in to US battle.net, tried the merge function, there's no wowtaiwan.

To do: try both battle.net again later on.

K. According to bubu, he log into tw version of battle.net with his US battle.net email and password, and successfully merge the wowtaiwan into it.

He said Us.battle.net cant merge to taiwan(there is no taiwan options)- need confirmation.

Notes from Bubu

Firstly, the taiwan's battle.net website is:
http://tw.battle.net/

Assume that you have finished waiting for the queue, you either
1) create a new battle.net account if you do not have one
2) merge wowtaiwan into your old battle.net account (Eg: with Starcraft2 or USwow in it)

*For those that are creating a new battle.net account, kindly fill in the forms and required information as this account becomes crucial when
it comes to account protection, as such I recommend that you do not simply fill in randomly (Eg: filling Azeroth as your address etc.) When
you've successfully created an account, now your next step is to merge wowtaiwan into your battle.net account as well.

*In my case and for those who already have an account of their own, it is possible to login to tw.battle.net using us.battle.net's account.

Upon having logged in with ur new / old account, you need to select [merge World of Warcraft account] in the account summary page,
which brings you to this link: https://tw.battle.net/account/management/wo...conversion.html

user posted image

Then,
Select [Taiwan] as your country, and type in your ID and password;
Confirm that you're the sole user, and you will be once again notified that you should
be using same email address you used to login your battle.net account.

After this, I believe you can login and play wow as long as you have game time and the server is on.

Notes from Bubu

For reloading wowtaiwan, I've only tested on MyCards, and this is how it goes (kinda long but i need to make sure it is step by step):

1)As usual, you go to wowtaiwan and click the mycard button on the topright side of the page:
http://www.wowtaiwan.com.tw/
https://www.mycard520.com.tw/mycardstore/st...aspx?gameid=wow

2)Type in the Card's pin and password

3)Tick the monthly card option (everything is still the same as old procedure up til now)

3a)Still in the Tick monthly card option page, take note that now you do not need to fill in your wow user ID anymore.

4)You will be directed to another site, which you'd have to key in verification code and proceed. [refer R1]

user posted image

5)You will be directed to another site again, this time to tw.battle.net; and it requires you to login (using email address and new password)
*At this point, the battle.net website's language should already be in english if settings are correct.

6)Add the currency into your battle.net by clicking the blue button. [refer R2]

user posted image

7)Should prompt a reload success message [refer R3]

user posted image

8)Go back to mainpage, which is: https://tw.battle.net/account/management/

9) Select 'wowtaiwan'. [refer R4]

user posted image

10) Select 'add game time'. [refer R5]

11) select 30 hours / 30 days / 90 days according to your needs and currency will be deducted. [refer R6]

Happy Panda!

To those who only see their US account, change your realmlist. Set the portal to tw and you should be able to login your tw account. Seems to be the case on mine.

I havent check myself, anyone can confirm this, this seems useful.

For those who log in and it says no credit,

Try this:

set realmlist tw.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist zhTW.patch.battle.net:1119/patch
set realmlistbn ""
set portal tw <------ change this to tw

To zzlong,

as mentioned by TheTerror_87 and Delmos

If u notice your screen shot u posted here

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=42329755

The address is sea.battle.net

U should go to tw.battle.net instead and do your merging from there.
