EDIT: Nvm, you're talking about TW client, i'm using US client :S

WoW US and WoW Taiwan are two different server, think at the logical way, you're not able to buy stuff in Malaysia if you're using Singapore Dollar.
But then you are able to use WoW US client to play WoW Taiwan server, just change the realmlist and install the fonts for the chinese words and you're good to go, bare in mind all the patch that WoW has are universal one.

Once again, i thought hidden has already updated all the details very clearly on the first post, i guess it's the Malaysia style again that just skip the first post and ask question that has been asked earlier.

No, only when you are partied with a character on the linked account and both players are present when slaying the monster or completing the quest. Also, if the two characters are not the same level, only the lower-level character is given the experience boost.

Is quest experience tripled too?

Yes, but only if the quest was not trivial (gray difficulty) for either character.

Hidden, guess you could take this as reference, but i doubt that whether this is the same as in taiwan server or not.

RAF exp boost still works.

You won't have any thing to spend on until you're level 10, then you will need to distribute ur talent point into your respective trees, and you get to learn skills from your trainer.

Guess you don't understand the meaning of "remaining" and "played"
Remaining = How many times left available to play.
Played = How many times had you spent in the game

They have stopped the RAF service at the moment, not sure when will brought it up again.

I don't know :S I rarely focus on PvP.

I can tell u that slowly leveling will just slow u down in catching up, because max level is where the fun begins, leveling is just like ur on the way to heaven, who doesn't want to climb up to heaven instantly? Hope u get the idea of wat i trying to say

Check your Regional and Language > Administrative > Change System Locale whether its on Chinese PRC/Taiwan or not.

Probably is your typing software wasn't set to 繁体 yet.
