FYI, we have been in a recruitment drive in the past few months and we really dont have the capacity to mentor every single new recruit from A-Z.

And thats the reason why i have been trying to ask u to google the information on the web and try to understand them correctly.

In your case for the of installing addons, it is normal for me to ask u to make a thread here (LYN), to get help from others, if possible equip with screen shot and what u did on the installation. U have misunderstand me for trying to make a fuss on u.

U have not been doing enough research on your own. And u cant blame people to ask u to search the net again. Here is one of the better guide on how to install addons, i found upon googling.
