Yes. All the in game text, quest text, quest item, can use english. It can be done by playing with US WOW client.

There is no need to buy CD key for wowtaiwan, u register and you play.

"Leatrix Latency Fix will reduce your online gaming latency significantly by increasing the frequency of TCP acknowledgements sent to the game server. For the technically minded, this is a script which will modify TCPAckFrequency.

You will see reduced latency in many online games including World of Warcraft, Aion, Warhammer, Lord of the Rings, and more."

6) There is actually ways to play on English client on Taiwan server (questing text etc with English). Hence, even if you have trouble to converse in mandarin generally or having difficulties understanding the mandarin words, you can always opt for this option.

i think if you go for 10/25 man raid, might need proxy(still depends on your line.). my house need proxy in order to raid but it only cause not more than RM 20

i try before without proxy, questing,5 man is ok, but went to 25 man, start lagging.

Enjoy the new quest it approximately 1-2weeks to go
what you need to do is, get 5 person. 1tank 1heal 3 DPS, go random instance easy leveling from 15-80

For me no problem. Many factors involved, lines, hardware, etc. Still i am pretty sure wowtaiwan will be better than US in terms of latency.
