Hi, I got a quotation for painting my exterior house 22 x 70 @ RM2,200.

Don't know if this is reasonable.
My doubt is because,
1) I ask the guy to up a wall at the gate.
2) I ask the guy to extend my dinning place.
3) I ask the guy to cover up the balcony with windows.

By right, he is supposed to paint whatever he did.
Right now, when I look at those part not touched by him is only 20-25% only.

It is unlike getting someone to do painting alone where they didn't involve at the first place.

What do you guys think about it? Please share!
