dude.. how to get the rebate? mind to tell me?
*
the easiest way is by going to dell sales chat room. its on their website. u can chat with dell sales representative and ask them for discount. they will then email u a quotation with the discounted price.
good luck mate thumbup.gif

It also depends on the ext hdd data transfer rate, for non-SSD should be 70+ MB/s, SSD will be much faster.

yeah!!!~ finally gt my XPS on yest...

havent try it throughly ...bt here is my first impression..

the build quality is fine, backlit keyboard is pretty, keyboard feels a bit mushy, and the speaker is pretty good! The sound is crisp....

The temp was fine and warm in da palm rest area but somehow when i change the setting on keep using the nvidia GT420m the temp is quite high....

what is the best software to measure those GPU CPU temps, activities?? (mus b free one ) =P

btw...my windows experience index score was only 4.4...=(

thx alot =)
a deep review will b posting soon

Then, its normal for low score for that "Desktop performance for Windows Aero",
since for Optimus, Win 7 will calculate that score based on Intel HD, not nVidia GT420M...

isit?? i guess so....i think the Optimus is nt too clever though rclxub.gif rclxub.gif i tested with PES 2010... and it js detect intel HD and i cant ply it...
therefore i have to use the nvidia control panel to manually force PES app to use GT420M blink.gif
