Hi, I want to know if we can ask a replacement of a broken item for the second time.

My situation: i bought a psp battery two week before Hari Raya this year. But then during Hari Raya the battery broke down. My psp refuse to start up with the battery in and i had to use my charger when I want to use the psp. I PM the seller and he agreed to replaced the faulty battery. But now, a few weeks later, the replacement battery is having the same problem as the previous battery. I'm annoyed and feel cheated. But I checked the seller thread and there was no complaint of broken battery. I want to ask the seller for another replacement battery but I'm not sure if I am entitled to it. Can somebody give me some advice?

if the item still on warranty....of coz you can ask the seller for a replacement nod.gif
but 2 times in the row...it is better for you to check your PSP got any problem or not??maybe some short circuit that damage the battery!!!

I did thought it was my psp. but the original that i bought with the psp was still functional so i assume the new psp was faulty. thanks.

Btw, I also had a pandora battery besides the original battery that i had with the psp when i bought it. Both of those work fine.
