So how you all book the services appoitment? buy phone or internet?

Which SC branch is recommended. Honest and workmanship good.

I in KL area Cheras or KLCC area.

It's completely ok. The treshold is 2k km. Dont go over 2k km as it will ruin your car's warranty, your free service (labour) & also your free alignment service.

Last time i did my 1st service at 1.8k km. No harm done to all the 3 things i mentioned above. So no worry bro wink.gif

Selayang & Chan Sow Lin SC are among those recommended by our members here in KL especially if your car got problem technically. But for normal scheduled services, all other SCs are acceptable. Up to u to decide which one is convinient to go. Making a service appointment by calling to your selected SC should be a better way as u can confirm the empty slot on your chosen date & time wink.gif

Use fully syn. In 5 years time, the servicing cost for fully syn oil will lower than the mineral oil in total. So for me, better opt for fully syn. Less travelling to SC & less time wasted & save some more wink.gif

SC open all day except Sunday. Your main concern when sending your car for servicing is just to file a complaint regarding any dissatisfactions about your car (if any)

Which kia showroom service is good, the one i've been to in Subang, sux like hell. Since the pb bank only give me 80% loan, i hav already cancelled the loan and ask the SA to try other banks, and he havent' done that, i was waiting for AGES! Reallly pisses me off.

Anyone bought your kia in Sunway showroom? I think that's the agent, not dealer.

After reading the thread, looks like overal kia service is BAD. sad.gif If i really were to buy the car, how can i rely on them if i need their assistant?

I can recommend a SA from other forum. I bought the car from him. The loan he help very very fast....

My colleague drive my car to penang back KL versus CIVIC he drove before. He say FORTE better rclxms.gif Only thing is CIVIC lighter.
