hai, every1~i am oso waiting for forte FL~~cant wait to get it~i saw the pics of FL yesterday~the only thing i wan to complaint is its gear box design!!!apuh!!!wau like tat 1!!! the gearbox for 4speed is much prettier. btw, i am credit officer from Pubxxx Bank. if any 1 of u wan to get loan, can left a msg or reply, i will help~

Brother, most of the AT car come with paddle shift, gear box is look like that..

will wait and see what is his feedback ( if he is active in this thread )

Which kia showroom service is good, the one i've been to in Subang, sux like hell. Since the pb bank only give me 80% loan, i hav already cancelled the loan and ask the SA to try other banks, and he havent' done that, i was waiting for AGES! Reallly pisses me off.

Anyone bought your kia in Sunway showroom? I think that's the agent, not dealer.

After reading the thread, looks like overal kia service is BAD. If i really were to buy the car, how can i rely on them if i need their assistant?

I have book FL 2011 2.0SX (metal bronze) and SC told me I'll get my car before CNY.

There few poisons in my list, pls advise.

1. BK + Tint (2.5 Huper Optik 6mm) - 2.5k (worth?)
2. Emble - RM130 including installation
3. Boot Tray -RM??
4. Plant Potection - Siearra Glow or Shine & Shield (Which one better and how much does it cost now?)
5. Mud flap - don't know where to get, any advice
6. MYFORTECLUB membership


Anythings else I should consider?

try ask perwira affin bank...that's the bank i pay my loans

so sad cannot get the car before cny , don't know whether too much people book for it or the car arrived less. SA just called me, he said just left red colour....

I did it previously with my Vios, Civic, Innova and Myvi (in regards to the pedal lock). I think its really cool. The only problem I had before was that I would start the car first and then realise that I forget to unlock the pedal lock. So needed to stop the car engine and then unlock the pedal lock and then restart the car again.

hi, this would be the thing of the pass , cause nowadays once u lock ur lock, engine cnt be started.

Which is a very important factor, as for cars like myvi n waja, if engine can be started would be dangerous, as those cars does not need to press brake in order to shift gear.

Yeah that is very true indeed. Interesting, that means the pedal lock would then interface with the engine in a way? I know a lot of people opt not to do that for new cars mainly because they are worried that their warranty will be voided.

did it on my City VTEC, if the pedal i locked, i couldn't start the car...

Did you have any problems with your SC in regards to warranty?

actually the SC recommended that lock, it was part of the option before getting the car

no worries about voiding warranty as it will not involve any cutting of wires

so we have safety and also not voiding warranty

those older model tat want to add the system so that engine cnt be started also can add

Saw a 2.0 FL just now.
I think appearance wise not much of difference compare to the current one.
There is reverse camera,wing light,17'Rim and yeah paddle shift made of plastic too. But no sun roof.
And according to SA unlike the current Power steering which uses Hydraulic Pump this one uses MDS eerrr not sure what is that heheh.

So nice! I know some other SC's including mine wouldn't allow any other accessories such as that as well as those GPS tracker as well and others. All those will void the warranties.
