- he think his car will never involve in accident... so after 5 years his car is still 'cun-melecun' on this earth and can sell his car with higher price

people who's never thinking about resale value is the people who has this 2 type of criteria :-
- he trust that 'rezeki' from 'him' so after 5 years he become richer. he just donate his car to the charity & buy the new bmw x5
- he trust ajal maut in hand's god...

in 2012, suddenly new virus come out, similar to bird flu, h1n1 or anything la...
can't control & stop... spread over the world... people start dying everyday... all countries turn to red alert level 3... people advise to stay home... no shopping, no business, no entertainment & continous for a long period (etc more than 5 years).

1 day i go to hospital to visit my friend which affected by the virus, suddenly i saw CM98 with his vios. i asked him "10 years ago, u said invest in gold & properties gives much higher return. now you're 45 years old, with current situation now, can u show me your passbook balance after selling all the properties & gold?"

my 2 cents word...
