i've been dealing with a seller from mudah last week...
buying a sony w980 from him cost about rm260...
last monday i've made the transaction...
he said that he post my goods on the same day right after my payment....
then, forgot to ask him the trace code for the item...
not used to this postage thingy...my first time dealing like this...

after that keep contacting but no reply...
asking for the trace code......
until today the phone still not arrived....
have been 3 days......
should i wait for nex week?
does it make sense......
usually about 2-3 days will arrive right?
cannot sleep keep thinking about this matter...
been scolded few times by my mom for trusting an unknown....
haish!!!
the store at mudah also closed....dont know if it is on purposes.....
call the number...the operator said not reachable....DAMN IT!!
even if it is only 260 matter....this problem gives 1000 impact to me....argghh....feel like dying...

bro on muday.com always insist on COD only...
dont ever bank in money first. only do COD near/around your area.
i sell stuff there quite often. but also always insist on cod even tho i am seller!

*i agree with brutalsoul lowyat resellers more reliable. also cos lowyat more strict against conman/scammers

yeah....learn from mistakes...

COD is the safest...but if the seller is reliable, eg: seller in lowyat or lelong with high rating also can postage...

@ mudah very mudah got conned ... that lesson is cost RM260

stay calm and continue gv him a call..maybe he got a personal problem there u wouldn't no

almost call him everytime....and when check his store at mudah closed...bertamabh pening and syak wasangka...adoii.
maybe the item will arrive tomorrow..just put some hope on it.

after few hours i told him payment has been made...called him "not reachable" until now...
what is not reachable eh?
is it he is in a rural area or off his phone?

if like that, sms him and ask him tis is last warning n send out the thing ASAP, if not report him to balai

maybe evrytime u call him, the seller tengah faping. canot answer. after that he tired canot call u back nor sms? call him back lah. again.

almost everytime i remember about he phone i call him.but still no answer.

there's no guarantee not to be cheated when dealing in mudah.my - COD is the best way...may be the only way... the only way out is to make police report (but i guess that's for your own satisfaction - i doubt the police will investigate thoroughly)...

unless u are using ebay + paypal (it's much safer) - my first transaction was a flop with a guy from UK, but I've managed to get my $$$ back...

bad experience but a good lesson though...

you need to be careful next time, dont risk your money for cheap things.

especially from mudah seller who not use pro niaga. btw, report to bank or police immediately after got situation like this. at least we can trace his IC or address.
